PAYMENTS

Kandi's Treasures accepts only SECURE payment through Pay-Pal, through which we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Draft and even E-Check. This enables you to make your purchases SAFELY and SECURELY.

Shipping and Handling

Through normal process your items will arrive to you in about 15 days.
All orders are processed immediately upon clearance of payment.
This process can take approximately 24-72 hours.
All items are carefully hand packaged and prepared for shipment UPS GROUND
All orders are shiped to the address provided by the customer at the time the user orders the product. It is a customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. Kandi's Treasures is not responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a situation arises necessitating package forwarding, Kandi's Treasures is in no way responsible for ensuring delivery.
If a customer does not receive a product, he or she should make sure that they have waited the appropriate time period and confirm that the shipping address given is indeed correct. In the event that an item is lost, Kandi's Treasures will make a reasonable effort to track the package and replace it if necessary.
For any product that has confirmed delivery via a tracking number, Kandi's Treasures will not resend the order or refund any monies back to a user's account. If an item is lost, a user can only receive a replacement product and cannot receive his or her monies back for an order. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement order or credit refund.

Cancelation Of Orders

A customer may cancel an order while it is being processed by contacting us via the customer service contact form on our site. Once an order has been sent to the processing department, or if has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Terms of Offers

Kandi's Treasures is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the affiliated websites or partner offers on our website.

We make an effort to screen our affiliates offers to ensure the best possible experience for our users. However, we are not responsible for any ensuing charges or contracts incurred between a user and an offer provider.

Users should carefully read the requirements, terms and conditions, privacy policy and billing information for each external site and offer.

All users complete offers through affiliates at their own risk. We are not responsible for services or products associated with our affiliate offer providers. If there is a complaint about services or products received from an affiliate, users should directly contact the offer provider in question.

Privacy Policy

Keeping your non-public personal information secure and confidential is our top priority!

Providing electronic access to Kandi's Treasures information and services, while maintaining privacy is a specific objective of Kandi's Treasures Strategic Business Plan.

Kandi's Treasures collects from users only the personal information necessary to provide the information and services requested by them. Personal information in our possession is maintained and used in ways that respect individual privacy. Employees are educated about the importance of protecting personal information and consumer privacy, and only authorized employees are officially granted access to personal information.

Kandi's Treasures will not disclose personal information collected from users to private third parties unless the law requires such disclosure.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it.

If your item is returned within 7 days of reciept we will refund your purchase (less Shipping and Handling) or replace it.

This is only valid for purchases made from Kandi's Treasures. (For orders placed through our sponsours you will have to check their policies.)

Pay Pal prefered payments (but not necessary to be a Pay Pal member to use a Pay Pal payment portal) we also accept all major credit cards, bank draft and electronic checks here on our site. Orders are secure.

We do offer you the opportunity to order through us mail catalog orders.

Artists Do You Have Something To Sell?

We will place your items on our website for sale. You own all the rights to all your products, you fill the orders. We just house your online store.

We are offering you a section of Kandi's Treasures that would be your own. We will set up the section with your company name, or your name, which ever you prefer. We will place your product photos with descriptions and prices on your very own pages on this site. We will take the orders, deduct our small %15 per sale fee and send you the order with payment to fulfill.

We do prefer to accept and send monies (online) with PayPal. If you do not already have a PayPal account you can get one free! Just make sure that you set up a business account, to get the full benefit of the service.

There is a one time set up fee of $45 per page for your own section on Kandi's Treasures web site, plus a small %15 per transaction fee.

If you would like to meet, in person, and talk further about this we would be more than willing.
